Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective

We accept returns on any books that arrive damaged or defective. You will have seven days to contact us from the delivery confirmation. We do not accept returns after seven days.

Please keep in mind that each of these books is made by hand and minor imperfections are part of what makes each handmade book unique. At the same time, we want you to be happy with each book you receive from our Press. Please send us pictures of the damage or defect before returning it. 

Preorder Cancellations

As we are a small press, we depend on preorder funding to fulfill orders. Costs for each edition begin early on, even months before books are shipped. Once a specific title has entered main production, we do not accept preorder cancellations. 

If you would like to cancel a preorder before a specific edition has entered main production, please contact us. (Check the progress of each edition on the Status page of our website.) Due to costs already incurred early on, we will return all but a 10% cancellation fee.
